Different computers download files differently. When you click
on a file some computers will attempt to download that file while
others will open it in a word processor. Try downloading a sample
file to see how your computer behaves.

Different computers handle downloads differently. When you
follow the instructions below, if you find yourself reading
a document in your browswer window click the browser's Back
button to return here.
- Click the Download link. You should see a menu
similar to the one below.
- If you do not see this menu click on your browser's Back
button to return here. Then Right Click on the Download
link.

- Select the option Save this file to disk. Wording may
vary depending on your version of Windows.
- You will be taken to a download screen, below, where you
can enter the location you want the file to be stored. You
can change the file name if you like.

Alternate Download Method
When you click the Download button some computers will open
the file in a browser window. If this happens click on your
browser's Back button to return here.
- Right click the Download button, below.
- You should come to a rather complex menu, as shown at
the right.
- Click on Save as or Save target as.
- You should be taken to the download screen, above, where
you can enter the location where you want the file to be
stored. You can also change the file name if you like.
