What is the depiction of Our Lady of Charity on this 8" Catholic devotional candle?

Our Lady of Charity stands on a curved plank above a recently calmed sea. She wears a gold crown and her halo is like the sun. The plank on which she stands is supported by the faces of three cherubs. She is attended by two angels dressed in pink. The banner they hold over her head reads:

She stands before three men in a wooden boat, thanking Our Lady for hearing their cries for help. This image illustrates the miraculous story told by three sailors who prayed for Mary’s intervention when an unexpected storm overpowered their small boat in the Caribbean Sea.  As the storm subsided, the men watched a white object approached from a distance, preceded by birds and dry branches. When at last Mary stood before them, untouched by the sea, she showed them a tablet that read, “I am the Virgin of Charity.”

When the sailors returned home they told what had happened and a shrine was built to honor and thank our maternal protector.

Our Lady of Charity represents hope and salvation in the face of danger and misfortune. Her statue, housed in the humble village shrine, was crowned in 1936. Each year, several thousand pilgrims visit the site. Pope John Paul II visited in 1998, and every pope since then has come to venerate her.
